Use of the TAXIS payment system to process your credit card payment of your Taxi Fare will incur a surcharge of 7.56% plus GST totaling a charge of 8.49% in addition to the fare, extras, tips and tolls. The monthly Credit Card Statement will show TAXIS charges,and whatever details the providor includes. All details will be available on TAXIS "Reports"

You will receive an e-mail receipt / tax invoice to your nominated e-mail address or addresses, with details of the payment and of the taxi / taxi driver. Should there be any query please advise TAXIS by e-mail within a day of the transaction. Unlike the major current competitor there are no minimum monthly account Fees,Bonds,or Directors Guarantees. You have access to view all information through our "Reports" facilities.

Use of the TAXIS job offer system will result in the taxi driver who has accepted your job offer passing on to TAXIS from the authorized "radio booking fee" an amount of 50% of that charge. In circumstances where your offer includes a premium service incentive payment, a portion of that payment will be also directed to TAXIS. At times of peak demand and congestion the taxi driver may accept your offer conditional upon some reimbursement of the costs involved in attending to your special requirements to the exclusion of other taxi users.

The TAXIS internet system has been designed for speed and minimum up-loads or down-loads, and its use will be at less than the cost of a mobile call, especially if you were to go on hold for an Operator, or queue, with a voice recognition system.

Since TAXIS is not a taxi booking service nor a taxi despatch network, we cannot warrant or guarantee that your job will be accepted. If you are not advised within what you consider a reasonable time of such acceptance, we suggest that you make other arrangements. However, it is a condition of the use of our system that a taxi driver, having accepted the offer, does the job.

TAXIS will use its best endeavors' to ensure that a driver, having accepted the offer, does that job and communicates any issues with the passenger through the TAXIS system.

We request, similarly, that, having been advised of a job acceptance, you are there to be picked-up. You will have the drivers' Name, Mobile and Taxi Number as part of his ETA confirmation.
