Fees and Charges
Use of the TAXIS payment system to process payment of your Taxi Fare will incur a surcharge 8.49% in addition to the fare, agreed extras, tips, tolls and applicable GST. Your monthly credit card statement will show TAXIS charges, and whatever additional details the card providor includes. COmplete details of every journey are available on the TAXIS reporting facilities.
At time of payment confirmation a receipt & tax invoice is emailed to your nominated e-mail addresses, with details of the payment, journey, taxi, & driver. Should there be any query please advise TAXIS by e-mail within 24 hours of the transaction. Unlike our major competitors TAXIS charges no minimum monthly account fees, and no Directors Guarantees are required.
The TAXIS system has been designed for maximum speed and efficiency, and its use is consiberably less than the cost of a mobile call, especially when at times of peak demand when traditional call centres invariably answer and and then leave you waiting on hold.
Since TAXIS is not a taxi booking service nor a taxi despatch network, we cannot warrant or guarantee that your job will be accepted. If you are not advised within what you consider a reasonable time of such acceptance, we suggest that you make other arrangements. TAXIS will, however, make every endeavour your offer is accepted, as well then ensuring the accepting driver provides you with a truly professional service, which includes, if necceseray, communicating any issues or potential delays to the passenger through the TAXIS system.
We similarly request that having been advised of your offer's acceptance, you are there to be picked-up. TAXIS provides you with the drivers' Name, Mobile and Taxi Number as part of your offer confirmation - if your driver appears to be experiencing difficulties finding you we recommend you make contact to help ensure you're journey is underway as smoothly as possible.
