If you want to change your password, it's very easy. You can create a new password of any alpha or numeric combination and it's not case sensitive or limited. The first time a password is created for a passenger, it's sent to his e-mail address for security. Later changes for drivers or passengers can be done on the PC or Mobile and a verification e-mail goes to the registered e-mail address where, if it's not OK, a new one can be created to foil any intruder.

It is remotely possible that your card details are used to set up a fraudulent account with TAXIS.

Some one might go to all the trouble to falsely register addresses and e-mails. But the best they can do is get a few free rides - which we will cover. They cannot get cash, unless from a complicent taxi driver who takes it from his own account. To make the transaction they have to take a ride, and the only person the fare is paid to is the taxi driver. And everything is recorded. Including security camera images of driver and passengers, which can be retrieved even after the trip.

For the average $35 trip it's simply not worth the bother, or the risk of criminal proceedings.
