PAYMENT OPTIONS

Taxis is all about giving you a better service.

You can pay the taxi fare in a variety of ways which you control at the start by setting your payment options. No matter which way you pay, an e-mail tax invoice / receipt goes to your nominated address as well as to the nominated accounts department address if requested.

Even if you pay by cash.

Available Credit Cards are... Amex // Mastercard // Visa // Diners and any Visa or Mastercard Debit Card. We do not accept Cabcharge, Medibank or your Drivers License.

On the Payment screen you can pay either the "Agreed Fare" or as per the taxi meter with details of Tolls and Extras. You have the golden opportunity of giving the taxi driver a tip, and can do so as either a percentage of the fare or a specific dollar amount.

Any tip will be incorporated into the fare on the tax invoice.

The system goes by default to whole dollar amounts, so that you dont inadvertantly add a few zeros, and make it a very expensive trip. There is also a check screen if the amount is over $200.

The Payment Check screen gives an opportunity to do just that .. Check Payment. And gives you a second chance if there was an entry error. If, next day, you realize you clicked all the way through with an error , we can make an adjustment without a major crisis.
