REFUND POLICY

Taxis is all about giving you a better service.

If your account or card is debited for a taxi trip fare without the authorisation of your username and password we will refund all such charges.

If a charge for "late cancellation" or "no show" is proposed, we will request your authorisation for the costs incurred by a driver in fulfilling his side of the contract,and obtain your confirmation of the charges.

The TAXIS system is constructed such that a trip transaction cannot take place until a "pick-up" has occurred and payment can only go to the driver of the taxi doing the job.

In the event of a fare overcharge dispute, notwithstanding that you have already confirmed and agreed to the payment,we will investigate and if we are unable to establish that the payment was authorised and / or justified will refund any excess amounts paid.

In the event of a claim that the trip never occurred, we will seek to rely on the use of a unique user name and password, job offer details, trip details recorded, and ultimately, the taxi security camera identification records. All transactions are electronically recorded and stored, and a detailed e-mail receipt will have been sent to your nominated e-mail address.

TAXIS is not a booking service nor a taxi network and we accept no resonsibility or liability for the Taxi Driver's performance or service standards.In the interests of better service we will acknowledge all suggestions and investigate all complaints, and will use our best endeavours to optimise taxi services, performance and standards.

Our objective is to reduce and ideally, to elimate fare evasions, fraud and to happily resolve all disputes. Our competitors appear to be indifferent to the costs of evasions and fraud because they can pass on those costs to the taxi driver.
