This is the fun bit. And this is one of our key advantages.

As the Corporate Administrator you can select the level of access for each Corporate User. For some, including yourself naturally, you can have unlimited access. For each individual you can set the limits of use --- time, days of the week, street hail or internet offer only, frequency of use -- whatever. And if the option isn't there, please tell us and we will create it.

You also can create Cost Centres for each and all users as pre-set alpha/numerics selecting information from the tables in "preferences". It's a little complex, but the end of month administrative savings make this a very attractive feature.

This is also where you can create instant users, guests or special purpose access.

We will be talking to you about the options best suited for your particular business and for what assists your clients. For example, how easy would it be for a five star Hotel to give their overseas hotel guests access to TAXIS, with all charges to the room account ( plus a service fee, visible or otherwise).
