The driver is instantly notified of your payment, and your personal information remains confidential. The potential for fraud or identity theft is vastly reduced, and because a tax invoice is emailed at the time of payment - which includes full details of your journey - there's no longer any need to worry about losing tiny pieces of paper neccesary for claiming travel expenses.
It's quick. user friendly and runs on any device with internet access. TAXIS uses minimal bandwidth, so it's also cheap. Calling a cab with TAXIS costs much less than a mobile call to a traditional call centre, and you'll never find yourself waiting on hold.
