The CITY and AIRPORT are constant available locations, and "HOTSPOTS" depending on demand at the time can be selected.
TAXIS encourages forward offers from passengers, and forward planning by drivers. If an offer is for"driver-of-choice" it goes to him and his group first ; otherwise it goes out immediately to all drivers on-line.
So, start building up your customer relations and improving your customer service. The passenger who selects you, is yours, and even if you can't do the immediate job , you still get a share of the fare.
TAXIS has put the responsibility back on the driver, who knows best where he is, and if he can get to the offered job when it is due. It doesn't look to the closest vacant taxi, or who has been waiting on a rank longest. It simply posts the work to professional drivers who know better than anyone else how to do their job.
