WHY WORRY ??

Many, and especially the existing monopolistic players, will say : WHY WORRY ??

The system isn't broke; don't try to fix it ! But TAXIS is all about giving you a better service.

That means both Passengers and Drivers. The frustrations we all have flow directly from the current system which looks after itself first and the requirements of the users last. Now, when you make a booking you hope that the cab will turn up ; most often it does; but on those really important occasions when it doesn't you have no contact.

Currently, you hang on the end of a phone, trying to get through to an operator, or yelling at the Voice Recognition. TAXIS will change that.

As Drivers, we spend half our time and kilometers "vacant". That is not productive. Sure, there must always be a number of cabs ready to accept your job when you call, or else the time you wait is too great. But instead of geeting the job offer five minutes before it's due,as now happens, we at TAXIS broadcast all jobs as we receive them. That means the taxi driver can plan his day and keep himself busy.

And that's but one of the reasons we worry, and why we want a change.

And unless we, at TAXIS, take the role and action we do, nothing will change.
